    Probably more than ever in the past, we want to share testimonies and opinions. Whether with friends and family, with colleagues, or with customers, prospects, partners, ..., it is a necessity for companies who want to listen to their audience and take them into account.

    • The health, economic, social, and societal crisis created by Covid19 reinforces this need. The customers as well as the collaborators of a company express themselves on their desires, joys, disappointments, experiences, ... and do it spontaneously in various ways.
