How to master Hootsuite?

This tab is the best way to track your progress on social media because it measures engagement very precisely. You can find summaries and detailed report on your social media activity classified by platform. Also, the link shortener is able to track metrics on the links you post. Click on “Ow.ly click Summary” and “URL click stats – ow.ly” to analyze the reach of your links.
4. “Assignments”
This functionality allows you to share messages to team members that are part of your company. This way, you can discuss your social media strategy in the place your planning it.
5. “Campaigns”
You can create email campaigns, social media galleries and contests to engage the audience that you’ve attracted and make them part of your brand.
6. “Contacts”
You can manage your social media followings and follower from this tab. So you have the ability to follow them back, unfollow them or even classify them in lists.
