    According to zephoria.com, there are more than 1.79 billion active Facebook users all over the world, and the number is increasing of 16% every year. Among all the social media platforms known today, Facebook is, by far, still the most popular. So, if you want to increase your impact on social media, you probably have to focus on Facebook, regardless of your target and your needs. You will reach better, faster and smarter than on any other platform. The Facebook company page feature, gives the opportunity to any business, small or big, to promote their services through a public page representing the brand image.

    Chose pictures carefully

    Make it easy for your potential clients to recognize your brand by putting a good profile and cover picture. It could be your company logo, or you’re headshot if you are an entrepreneur running a small business. This step is very important for you to be found via Facebook search.

    When choosing a photo, keep the Facebook size requirement in mind, which are:

    • 180 x 180 minimum for profile pictures
    • 820 x 312 for cover pictures on computers
    • 640 x 360 for cover pictures on smartphones

    Add a call-to-action button to your cover picture

    Facebook for business allows you to choose to add a call-to-action (CTA) on your page’s cover photo. You have the choice between the following ones: “Watch Video”, “Shop Now”, “Book Now”, “Play Game”, “Contact Us”, “Use App” and “Sign Up”. All these calls-to-action can be customized with the right destination URL, to drive traffic to your website. You can personalize the process even more by integrating your Facebook cover photo with your call-to-action button.

    Choose Your Featured Likes

    One of the great ways to social network with other businesses is to like their Facebook page. Showing that you like other businesses can be beneficial to you but only if you control it. You can edit which page appears, if you don’t want to unfollow every page you liked that are irrelevant to your business.

    Five of these likes are displayed at any one time, and the five that appear randomly change each time the visitor to your page refreshes.

    To choose featured likes, go to your Admin panel, choose Edit Page, then Edit Settings. Next, click More and then select Featured. From there you can edit your featured likes.

    Publish Likable Content

    People often wonder: how to get likes on Facebook? You can have very interesting products, good quality pictures and CTAs but if your content is too formal, you won’t get the likes that you deserve. The ultimate remedy is to publish content that people really do care about. Try to know what your audience needs and provide it for them. This is why you need to always be on the hunt for interesting topics that can make you likes go up.

    Target Customers with Ads

    Facebook is a great place to advertise sales events and content. You can now post multi-product ads from the Ads Manager that are impressive and easy to view on both computers and mobile devices. Using dynamic product ads helps you target customers based on a specific page they’ve previously visited. There are other ways to narrow down an audience, such as local awareness ads.

    One of the most effective add tool is Lead Ads. Lead ads are a great way to get more information from your customer. A Lead Ad automatically populates a form with the Facebook user’s information, like name and email, so that more potential customers can be converted into leads. This is a great way to allow a customer to pre-order your products/services or sign up for an offer in advance.
