BPCE is a French bank group that was created after the merger of several banks. Since 2014, the group organizes the annual BPCE Digital Week.
During this event, BPCE colleagues are brought together to be informed on digital innovations. Programs of digitalization of operations and work methods, are discussed.
Participants are involved in workshops where connected objects are displayed, there are also brainstorming sessions and introduction to Twitter afterworks. All these incentives allow BPCE co-workers to understand and familiarize themselves with the digital transformation.
