Redtag is fashion and lifestyle retail chain, offering a unique shopping experience to its customers with unbeatable prices. The brand was launched back in 2006 by BMA International a 30-year-old group evolving in the fashion branch. Nowadays Redtag count more than 160 retail shops mainly located in Asia and middle east and a yearly growth near 20%.
As part of a digital transformation and with the aim of improving permanently the customers shopping experience, Redtag launched its own application that allows to reach a wider target. On one hand the application allows customers to purchase anytime they want from anywhere, as well as access discounts and promotions. On the other hand, the brand can collect customers opinions and purchases habits in order to propose them custom offers.
In order to attract and boost interactions onto the application, Redtag set up a social wall powered by Dialogfeed. The social wall allows to any customer to share on social media its experience with the brand by using #redtagfashion when publishing on Instagram. By implementing this Redtag was able to display directly on their application customer’s opinion with pictures. In addition the social wall fed the app with fresh daily social content giving the brand an image of a company that cares about their customers.
